Riteish Deshmukh is an Indian actor, producer, director, television presenter and qualified architect. He was born to Vilasrao Deshmukh and Vaishali Deshmukh. His father served as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra and also held responsibilities in the Union Government.
Riteish studied at G. D. Somani Memorial School in Mumbai. He later earned a degree in architecture from the Kamla Raheja College of Architecture. He also studied acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute before beginning his career in cinema.
